What is the purpose of flip and turn mattress periodically?
This will help relieve the compression on the upholstered materials which are soft and constructed to work with the coils to provide comfort and support at the same time.

Simmons®, like all other bedding manufacturers, subscribes to the American National Standard for Bedding Products. Dimension sizes are allowed ±1.27cm (±0.5in) tolerance.

Please use a flat bed frame, other bed frames that lack support will cause the mattress to sag.

Please do not sit on the edge of the mattress, nor stand or jump on the mattress, as this will damage the coil structure of the mattress.
Does the 10-year warranty means I can replace the mattress free of charge during the warranty period?
If the replacement standard is met after the inspection, Simmons® will provide free product replacement at its discretion within the first two years after mattress purchase. From the first day of the third year to within ten years, the customer is required to pay for the replacement fees.
