(2) Fjords® chair


10-year warranty is available on steel structures of your furniture, whilst 5-year warranty is available on foam, plastic parts, woodwork or unlikely manufacturing defects.

Damages arose from abnormal household usage or induced by natural / artificial light exposure is excluded from our warranty service. Normal wear and tear after aging are also excluded.


We provide FREE service on inspection, repair and part replacement in the first year upon purchase. From the 2nd to 10th year, HK$200 per inspection and HK$200 per repair service will be charged. Additional charges will be applied if parts replacement is necessary, subject to quotation.


Please register by returning a completed warranty card (attached with your Fjords® Chair) within 14 days after delivery.

When service is needed, please contact our customer service team through hotline or email. To make the warranty valid, both the sales invoice and warranty card must be kept and presented at service.
