Q: Am I required to flip my mattress?

A: If your mattress is not Simmons® patented No-Flip mattress, you are required to flip and turn the mattress periodically. For the flip and turn frequency, please refer to Flip and Turn Mattress under Warranty section.

Q: What is the correct procedure to flip and turn my mattress?

Q: What is the purpose of flip and turn mattress periodically?

A: This will help relieve the compression on the upholstered materials which are soft and constructed to work with the coils to provide comfort and support at the same time.

Q: I found my newly bought Simmons® mattress having deviation on length / width?

A: Simmons®, like all other bedding manufacturers, subscribes to the American National Standard for Bedding Products. Dimension sizes are allowed ±1.27cm (±0.5in) tolerance. Finished sizes are measured from seam to seam on the binding tape at the centerlines of the width and length.

Measurements for Mattress & Boxspring

Warranty Process

Please have a copy of your sales invoice and your warranty card ready before making a warranty claim through Customer Service:

  • After you have notified Customer Service of the problem, an inspection of the mattress / foundation will be made
         by our inspector if necessary.
  • By reviewing the inspection report, Customer Service Manager will determine your complaint with reference to
         our warranty policy
  • You will be informed of the decision by phone.
