| Detail: | The Winter Solstice always makes us think of a family gathering chance. This year, Simmons® staff brought warmness to the Tseung Kwan O elderly by having lunch gathering with them at Hau Fok Restaurant in Po Lam Estate. We also did some simple exercises with them and shared sleep tips for elderly. |
